To the Employer
Our team will partner with you to assess your staffing needs and offer suggestions for attracting and retaining talent, whether full time, part time or contract
- We will provide guidance on appropriate hiring practices and salary structure for your position
- We can also provide insight into the competitive marketplace and successful retention practices
- Our team has experience at the Senior Management levels and can properly assess and review the full-cycle hiring process to make recommendations on how to improve or streamline the process as required; this will ensure that the hiring process is not cumbersome in a ‘hot’ talent market
- We will work with you to drill down on the specific skills you require and obtain the answers to all your questions
- We have found success by joining your hiring managers onsite in the interviews to gain an even deeper understanding of your organization and the requirements
- We will only present candidates to you on roles that have been assigned to us
To the Candidate
- Through a detailed interview process to better understand your skill level and career plans, we will work with you to determine the core criteria that will make or break an opportunity for you
- We will work with you to improve your interview skills and help prepare you for interviews
- We will not correct, nor rewrite your resume but will offer suggestions to improve the effectiveness of your resume or LinkedIn profile
- We will not present you to any opportunity without your express permission to do so
- We will listen to you and follow up
