We are a group of Senior Recruitment and Sourcing Consultants who work well both independently and as a team, to successfully bring unique talent and opportunities together. We are friendly, ethical, transparent and fun to work with.

• The experience of our Co-operative partners’ spans close to a century and includes both Corporate and Agency tenures. 

• Our consultative approach to recruitment and sourcing involves collaboration with our Hiring Managers, Human Resources, and Senior Leadership Partners. This ensures that we have a ‘big picture’ approach to filling all of our clients’ recruitment needs, whether locally or globally. 

• Our consultative approach also extends to our Candidates. It is important that we understand not only the requirements, the challenges, and the target audience to ‘sell’ the opportunity; it is just as important that we understand the Candidates’ requirements, desires, career and personal goals to ensure that we provide the ‘right’ opportunity for the ‘right’ Candidate. 

• We offer a realistic picture of all parties’ expectations and ensure a mutually beneficial relationship. Only then is the job done.

• We are located in the greater Toronto area and have Clients throughout  North America .
